Where your Cervya is, in three steps.

  1. 1Order confirmation — instantly. The moment you order, a confirmation email lands in your inbox (check spam/promotions if you don’t see it).
  2. 2Shipping email — within 1–2 business days. When your package leaves the warehouse you’ll receive a second email with your tracking number and a live tracking link. The link updates at every checkpoint.
  3. 3Delivery — typically 14 days in the US and Canada. Tracking sometimes pauses a few days between international checkpoints; that’s normal and doesn’t mean your package is lost.
