CERVYA SHIPPING POLICY

 

FREE SHIPPING ON EVERY ORDER

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum. There are no hidden shipping fees at  checkout.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and your digital Neck Reset guide is delivered to the same email address right away.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 14 days in the United States and Canada. During busy periods or customs delays, delivery can occasionally take longer. Tracking may pause for a few days between international checkpoints; this is normal and does not mean your package is lost.

 

TRACKING

When your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a live tracking link. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or visit cervya.net/pages/track for help.

 

ADDRESS CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Need to fix an address or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible via cervya.net/pages/contact. We can usually make changes before the order is processed; once it has shipped, we can no longer modify it.

 

LOST OR STUCK PACKAGES

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, where the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
